This place makes good quality boudin. The only person that comes close is my DeDe and he has since passed. I will not eat any other. You get what you pay for. This is meat and not a bunch of rice and green onion. You can't go wrong in buying anything here.

Yes. They have cracklins and pork skins. They're a little higher than some places but their worth it.

I'm sure they can and do ship them anywhere!

Heat it up on the grill or in oven. Also if you buy cooked hot boudin eat it soon. Don't let it sit in the kitchen all day on the counter. You don't want to know how I know this. Boudin eggrols rock.

The sign on the side of the building says they ship anywhere in the US
